We have been a class 7 FFL holder since 2021 which allows us to sell new and used firearms as well as manufacture and modify. We use a 50 watt fiber laser for engraving, we also have a milling machine and lathe that will take care of most of our machining needs. Our current rustproofing system is KG Gun kote, which is a baked on finish and comes in many different colors. We are currently working on getting set up to do Nickel and Chrome plating in the very near future. We are constantly adding new tools and developing new skill for our business, if you see something your interested in shoot us a text.

We really like the Ruger Wrangler for a good quality starter platform. There is a lot of simple and affordable modifications that can done to this revolver to give it a custom look and usually come in under the price of one of their single six line.

I once had a gunsmith friend of mine tell me “If you want to make a small fortune in the gun business, start with a large fortune“. That being said we know $1000 plus firearms are a hard sell. Most of our Wranglers depending on the amount of customization usually turn out to be somewhere between $400 and $700. This is a part time business
This is a part time business right now but we really love what we do here and enjoy being able to sell you a nice custom gun at a fair price.

We are capable of doing deep engraving or surface marking depending on what you want. A deep engraving will require that the firearm be refinished for rust protection, unless it is stainless steel. A surface marking leaves a nice white color of the image being marked and usually doesn’t require rustproofing. We can engrave most metals and some polymers.

This has been a successful little revolver for us. The barrel has been shortened to 4 in. this length will allow the ejector rod to fully eject a spent cartridge. The grip frame has been changed out in favor of a birds head grip and polished. The magnum cylinder has been fluted, and the internal parts de-burred and polished to give a nice smooth action and a trigger that breaks at around 3 lbs.

We can do many different themes as well, here we have a little bit of simple scroll work on the cylinder, and a few more images. This one was for a former Clemson lineman.

Here we have a Taurus 38, Stainless steel is nice to work with because when your done engraving, you just wipe it down with a little rubbing alcohol and your done.

This is a super Wrangler that we put a match grade stainless steel Shilling barrel on. Cut a 11 degree crown on the barrel and used a Manson reamer to cut the forcing cone. Added a set of original rosewood grips from Ruger and finished it in flat black.

This is one I’m calling the shorty, barrel is 1-3/4 in from the frame, cylinder has been fluted, the gun was originally a plow handle but looked ridiculous with that huge grip and the short barrel. So we cut the heal of the grip off and replaced a portion of the backstrap to make a custom birds head grip that is about 10% smaller than an original birds head. The grips are made of repurposed 100 +

This is deep engraving, not just a surface marking, parts of these engravings are 0.012 deep ( that’s .31mm for those of you who prefer the metric system ) the barrel is 3-¾ and has an 11 degree muzzle crown done with a lathe and is concentric with the bore. This is a modified plow handle grip, it’s had about a ½ inch removed, and the heel rounded off which makes for a very comfortable grip. The grip panels have been made from black walnut and stained ebony black. The cylinder has been fluted, the casting lines have been removed, the front of the grip frame has been rounded off ( just because I think it looks better ) and the appropriate internal parts have been de-burred and polished giving it a nice smooth action, very little creep and a trigger that breaks just under 3 lbs. It has been finished with KG Gunkote in SOCOM black.
We give a “certificate of authenticity” with each Ruger Wrangler we sell. It has the production number and on the reverse side the Ruger Phoenix along with the buyers name.

This is the 35th of these little wranglers we have done, but only the 2nd USMC tribute, #1 went to a Marine who is active duty right now. These are deep engravings, not surface markings and have been color filled with the same type of KG Gunkote baked on finish as the rest of the gun, SOCOM black. The cylinder has been fluted, the barrel was given an 11 degree crown concentric with the bore, the grip panels were engraved with a checkered pattern that gives a little more grip but mostly because I think it looks better, and the grip frame in front of the trigger guard was rounded off. The appropriate internal parts have been de burred and polished to give it a smooth action and a trigger that breaks at just under 3lbs. The winner of this firearm will get this “ certificate of authenticity “ with the Ruger Phoenix and their name engraved on the back of the coin as well.

The image it is not cut into frame, the metal around the image has been removed.

We put the grandchildrens names in place of the flutes.

This was bought to me as Grandma’s 32. It was in pretty rough shape and was froze up when I got it.

After a bunch of WD 40 and just a little bit of sanding, we baked on the finish and went out to the range. Shot pretty good I think Grandma would have been pleased.

These two survived the fire but not the waiting in the safe to be rescued part, the top one was froze up in that position, after wiggling a few pieces it freed up and we were able to disassemble it.

3 packs of sand paper, a little paint and a trip to Academy sports because I had ran out of 357 ammo. and they breathed fire again.

Grandpa Dave had this added to the bottom of this little wrangler. He tells me the grandchildren love to go out and shoot with him.

This is a brick paver I tried the laser out on. If it will fit in the work space and it’s not organic, we’ll engrave it for you.
